<body topmargin=0 leftmargin=0 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0> <table cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0><tr> <td valign="top" height=50 style=" border-bottom: 1px solid #999980;" BGCOLOR="#CCCC99" TEXT="#080000" bgproperties="fixed" background="0408dfe1esnpes.jpg"> <div> <B>Rufnit Kennels, LLC Braque du Bourbonnais</B><FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#336666" FACE="Arial" ><B>TM</B></FONT></div> <div> </div> </td> </tr><tr> <td valign="top" height=430 BGCOLOR="#CCCC99" TEXT="#080000" bgproperties="fixed" background="0408dfc3.jpg"> <div> <I>Rufnit Kennels, LLC Breeding Restriction Revocation-Breeding Agreement</I></div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B>Rufnit Kennels, LLC</B></div> <div> <B>Breeding Agreement</B></div> <div> (Breeding Restriction revocation)</div> <bR> <div> EVERY canine that leaves Rufnit Kennels, LLC, does so with a Breeding Restriction and/or Breeding Agreement.  This restriction/agreement is an attempt to preserve and improve the qualities of the Braque du Bourbonnais.  This does not imply that the canine is not of top quality.  Nor is this an attempt to “corner the market” in Braque du Bourbonnais’.</div> <bR> <div> Breeding Restriction  - placed on all Rufnit Kennels, LLC progeny</div> <div> Breeding Agreement - placed on all canines acquired from Rufnit Kennels, LLC and</div> <div>                                        Rufnit Kennels, LLC progeny that have had the Breeding Restriction revoked.</div> <bR> <div> The Breeding Restriction and/or Breeding Agreement allows owners to participate in a full range of competitive activities, including NAVHDA sanctioned events, without any need for the change of registration.  Puppies/dogs may/will finish their championships, field titles etc., while under the Breeding Restriction and/or Breeding Agreement; there will also be lovely puppies who won't compete and will continue to remain under the Breeding Restriction and/or Breeding Agreement.  There are terms that can be met to revoke the Breeding Restriction and comply to a Breeding Agreement.</div> <bR> <div> The terms for revoking the Breeding Restriction and entering into the Breeding Agreement are set by Rufnit Kennels, LLC, not by any other regulatory body.  Owners will be aware that when they purchase/acquire a canine from Rufnit Kennels, LLC, they can request to have the Breeding Restriction revoked and a Breeding Agreement initiated once a series of conditions have been fulfilled.  The conditions include but are not limited to: 1)  health clearances including hips, eyes, heart and blood, as certified by a licensed Veterinarian.  2)  the canine is a good representative of the breed as determined either Rufnit Kennels, LLC or a representative chosen by Rufnit Kennels, LLC per the breed standards as set by CBB/FCI, which means that the canine has good conformation.  3) the canine possess a normal temperament and shows hunting ability by receiving a NA, UPT or UT Prize I, II or III award through a NAVHDA sanctioned test.  4) <I>all</I> breeding's/mating's must have written pre-authorization/consent from Rufnit Kennels, LLC, prior to the mating.  Rufnit Kennels, LLC reserves the right to deny <I>any</I> mating.  5) in addition, it is required that the canine be over the age of 2 years. 6) <I>all canines being bred with canines acquired from Rufnit Kennels, LLC and Rufnit Kennels progeny must also fulfill the above conditions prior to mating.</I></div> <bR> <div> The advantage to this Breeding Agreement are: 1) this only restricts the breeding, the owner of the canine can still compete in NAVHDA sanctioned events.  2) breeding’s can take place once the above conditions have been fulfilled by both;
